Eds has a background as a Muay Thai Fighter. He has over 10 years experience as a coach and specialises in kickboxing, boxing, and as a strength and conditioning coach.

If you feel like Eds seems similar it may because you have seen him on the tele in a variety of roles. He is also a lecturer of performing arts at Unitec.

1st International World Women's Federation Champion. She comes to us with a tremendous wealth of knowledge, and we as a gym are really lucky to have her in our corner.

Carlos is an undefeated boxer, looking to make his mark in the fight game. His classes are fitness based yet technical, making for a good mix.

Joe has trained in Yoga and Pilates at the Stella Nash Institue in London. He has a wealth of knowledge surrounding personal training specialising in strength and conditioning and functional movements.
