FOURTRESS - THE TEAM OF 4 EVENT!!

“FOURTRESS” is a one day “Strength and Conditioning” competition hosted by Discipline Performance Gym targeted to find the top 4 athletes in Auckland’s Strength and Conditioning world. You will be tested on Strength, endurance and most importantly how you work together as a team. There will be 4 WODS on the day.

Since it is a team competition, not every member needs to be able to do every movement standard or weight, Top teams will need to be well-rounded in all movements and weights.

FOURTRESS - The Team Division is set for 4 males or 4 females.

They’re limited spaces for each division so get in quick to lock in your space, please fill the registration form below.

Regular Entry fee for TEAM division is $260 (Non Refundable) per team you will receive a Rego pack No T-shirt provided so REP YOUR GYM!!

Sets will be released 3 weeks before the competition and the exercises and movements will be up end of August

Age for event - 16years + (16-17 year old must be accompanied by a parent)

LOCATION: 4/57 Kerwyn Ave, East Tamaki, Auckland

First event for females kicks off at 8am - 2pm

First event for males Kicks off at 2pm - 7pm

CUT OFF DATE 27th August 2019 or if spots are filled beforehand.

There will be a spectators fee on the day so please let you’re supporters know

I waive any claims against Discipline Performance Gym if I suffer any injury, harm or death as a result of participating in the FOURTRESS event.
